Jesus Christ's great commission is the heart of our ministry at Bethlehem. Our worship, study, fellowship, service, and outreach ministries seek to help people understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ and become His disciples. Classes are available to assist congregation members in sharing God's Word with others.
Through His Word, God speaks directly to His people, equipping them with His power and counsel for their daily lives. Many opportunities to study God's Word are available at Bethlehem. Formal Sunday classes, men's and women's Bible studies, Wednesday and MondaChristian fellowship provides for people to strengthened and encouraged by one another in their walk with the Lord. Fellowship groups such as Seekers, Malachi, and the One Spirit strive to reach out and meet people's spiritual and personal needs. A number of congregation-wide activities promote the unity of the Church.y morning Bible studies, and fellowship groups are among the variety of opportunities for Bible study.
An excellent church music program assists worshippers at Bethlehem in offering their praises to Almighty God. The program consists of an Adult Vocal Choir, English Handbell Choir, soloists, organists, and other instrumentalists; all of which contribute to the rich traditional Lutheran liturgical worship.
Recognizing its responsibilities to assist parents in the Christian training and upbringing of their children, Bethlehem offers a program of children's ministry for the congregation's and community's families. These ministries include our Lutheran Day School (pre-school and all-day kindergarten through 8th grade), Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School.
Through its groups for junior high, senior high and young adults, Bethlehem offers opportunities for fellowship, service, worship, study, and growth to young people. The many activities in our Youth Ministry program are designed to bring young people together in a Christian setting.
